Here's what I think: someone, Pence, cabinet member, needs to call in a physician

to examine Trump ASAP, like tonight.

If he needs sedation, administer sedation. If he needs to be hospitalized, take him to Walter Reed for observation. And let Pence be acting president at least until a decision can be made about what to do between now and the 20th, . Impeach, invoke 25th, whatever.

Calling a doctor is the quickest thing I can think of. Even if it just puts him out of action tonight and tomorrow morning, it would give Pence, the cabinet and others time to make some decisions
