First we dont get the tie-breaking vote with VP till Biden/Kamala are sworn in.
Second - the Ossoff victory is probably not going to be certified for several days. It's within the Georgia recount range so there will probably be a recount first... I imagine they'll certify his win in a couple weeks.

I havent looked for updated numbers in several hours. Yeah I see it's 0.8% now!!!

(42 posts)The latest possible is Jan. 22. That's the last day Georgia's secretary of state (Raffensberger) has to ratify the results. But since Trump kind of declared war on Raffensberger, he might do it sooner. It could be as soon as Jan. 15th.
