If Trump gets 25th'd

What is the likelihood that Pence would pardon him and his co-conspiring family?

Frankly, that's my only concern about going this route. Sure, there's still a chance that Trump could use a self-pardon, in which case future litigation would determine its effectiveness, and I don't think such absolute power would be deemed constitutional.

I would prefer that Trump stay at Camp David for the next 2 weeks and cut off of Twitter while the House pursues impeachment. I doubt that any presidential pardons granted during impeachment would ultimately be deemed constitutional under the circumstances, but it would certainly be a matter taken up by the Supreme Court eventually.

Long story short, we have to survive the next two weeks, but hopefully not at a cost of losing our ability to exact justice against this traitorous, treacherous and felonious lame dick.

I mean duck.

1. I just read that Pence is not going to invoke the 25th Amendment.

It’s not going to happen. Looks like impeachment will be the way to go.

But Trump will get them to let him squeeze those in first himself.

He won't allow Donny to override the mechanics of democracy but he won't punish him for violating them.

Spineless!

5. I heard Pence was a tad miffed by T putting him in danger

Nevertheless, he's trying to take the 25th off the table. I think he just wants to run out the clock with as little drama as possible so he can patch things up with the party for 2024. And T is apparently pretty miffed with Mikey for not having his back and declaring him god-King at the Reading of the EC Ballots.

6. Pence dodged something akin to a mob boss ordering a hit

A kind of "it would not displease me if, oh, Pelosi and Mitch the Turtle and Fly-boy Mikey were all to be accidentally shot dead several times by an angry mob, which I have nothing to do with" order, but nonetheless that's how it feels now.

You come at somebody with deadly intent, I doubt there are any pardons in their pocket for you

7. Gawd people throw the 25th around. It takes a myriad of things to happen.

Author of the Anonymous letter said Pence would never initiate it. If cabinet came to him and said they had the votes he probably would sign. What are the chances the douchebags in his cabinet are going to initiate it? I'd say zero.
