Neal Katyal to Nicolle: tRump cannot pardon himself

He pointed out that the same DOJ directive that says a sitting president cannot be indicted also says a president cannot pardon him/her self.

President Pence to pardon him (Pence's refusal to go down that 25th Amendment route). While he will still be open to State charges, he'd be wiping out all Federal crimes against him. Trump can blame it on the "Radical Democrats" and all his haters etc, but it's a complete no brainer for him to do it.
