IMHO The founders were genius.

By having the judicial branch independent from the other two branches of the US government it stops judicial corruption.

I frequently wish I had a time machine to talk to them about creating a ourth branch, am inspector general branch that assures elected officials do their job for the American people or face expulsion. They would be using empirical data and not the magical jeesaaas nonsense, too.

It would end at least 126 Republicans.
