He will be destroyed by this based on current trajectory. I could care less about his taxes it will be part of the wreckage to be sorted through. It will take many years.

As long as he is destroyed politically. That is all that matters for now.

Now the IRS should hand them over to congress because the law says it shall. Now there will be no restraints in the way. They have every right to have them and the IRS has the obligation to provide them.

Not the specific about his returns. I believe SDNY has this one for real estate fraud money laundering etc.

Mnuchin stopped the IRS from sending them but there does not need to be any legal action, they simply send them to the congress.
