After many contributions from people following this thread we now have confirmation that zip-tie guy is Eric Munchel, of Nashville, TN.

Eric is currently a bartender at Bartender at Doc Ford's Rum Bar & Grille.

Yeah that makes sense. It first he looked the part but I started to really wonder about his qualifications when it began looking like he came with his mom.

Pretty sure he picked those zip ties up from a Capitol Police bag that got dropped.
