If/when

If/when he returns from Mar a Lago, can he be confined to the White House or Camp David for the remainder of his term? It's bad enough that he's clearly abdicated any job responsibilities, do we have to keep putting millions into his pockets while he plays golf at his own resort? Must we continue to be such willing patsies?

Seriously, if Twitter and Facebook can cut him off, why can't we?
