I was watching/listening to something the other day where someone said the riot perpetrators could be prosecuted in the local city/states where they reside...that is a terrible idea because the people in those communities (including the police, prosecutors, and jurors) are MAGA themselves.

I assume this will be true for most of them.

It is appropriate that they stand trial where they committed the crimes.

arrested so far will be extradicted to DC. That was in the story about Barnett, the guy who had his feet on Pelosi's desk.
