1. Interesting idea to consider. These guys are so corrupt that I am sure we'll be able to prosecute

them for other things, so long as the pardon would be limited to certain actions/activities.

everything they knew (like what trump/putin has on them) they would lose their position and go to jail.

Yeah, I know Nixon-Ford supposedly had an agreement. Doesn't make it legal.

You're being overbroad. Where corruption comes in is when there is PERSONAL benefit, of any kind.

...more a matter of expedience, the lesser of two evils. So, no, I don't see the hard, sharp moral line you seem to think is obvious.
