She was a clear and present danger as she attempted to climb through the window into the room sheltering house reps. The cops guarding that room from the inside shot her.

She was not shot at the House chamber. She was shot Breaking & Entering the Speaker's Lobby from a stairway/stairwell.

I have not seen any people hiding in that area in the videos I've seen, but I haven't spent time searching for any videos or pictures. I did come across this map.

14. Watch the wapo videos. The room, whatever room

it was, contained a group of house reps and three armed plainclothes cap police guarding them. The cops had set up a makeshift barrier of what looked like leather chairs back from the doors and were behind that providing the defense for the room and its occupants. As she went through the window, one shot was fired and she went down.

At the same time the cap tac squad showed up outside the doors and put an end to that part of the assault.

She was going to arrest Pelosi and Pence. She was breaking into the corridor with the Speaker's offices when she was shot, as I understand it. They are not marked so she planned and prepared for her crime. She knew where she was going. She ignored orders to stop. She was leading the Break & Enter. Eye witness on Global News said just that. "She didn't heed" "She went in first"
