He said whenever there's a major crisis like this one an official of the government always holds a public press conference ASAP to talk about it. Sandy hook, 9/11, etc. The fact that no one has stepped forward to speak to the public is disturbing and he questioned why it hasn't happened. He suggested that maybe some officials were trying to coordinate their talking points first.
