Their cell phone data (if they had one and it was on) with that type of image resolution is likely to be a checkmate for putting them at the scene of the crime.

He'll hopefully rot in prison till his death.
Honestly, they should have shot him right there. No idea whether Capitol Police were armed but it's strange that only the Secret Service fired a bullet.
