"Geofencing Warrant" is the word of the day. Think maybe the FBI already got one for every cell phone inside the Capitol? Good luck, traitors.

A Geo-fence warrant (also known as a geofence warrant) is a search warrant issued by a court to allow law enforcement to search a database to find all active mobile devices within a particular geo-fence area. Courts have granted law enforcement geofence warrants to obtain information from databases such as Google's Sensorvault which collect users' historical geo-location data via GPS records.[1][2] These geo-fence warrants have led to privacy and Fourth Amendment concerns where innocent passersby have been subjected to unjustified searches of their Google accounts due to innocently passing by the locations of crime sites.[3]

(4,941 posts)It was stated that the Capital building, being mostly made of stone and steel was a poor place to get cell signals. The remedy was to install cell towers on each floor so law makers could get a good signal. If true then these warrants would show not only who's cell was ping a tower but also which floor it was on and how it tracked through the building. Stupid MAGATs were live streaming, or recording, or taking pictures during their assault....and these people are worried about a chip in the COVID-19 vaccine?

(3,035 posts)Will snag every clerk and janitor in the building too so there will need to be discretion but the ones uploading selfies from inside the building will be a dead giveaway. Dunces!
