They've made their own bed with their credibility issues and have shown themselves to be irrelevant in the legitimate polling world.
Besides the obvious First Amendment issues you don't want to make them martyrs for the cause.
If you do feel compelled to take notice of their nonsense, probably the best response is derisive laughter.
