Trump Event Organizer Ali Alexander Says Reps. Gosar, Brooks, And Biggs Helped Plan March That Led to Capitol Riot

Far-right Trump supporter Ali Alexander, a top organizer of the January 6th rally in Washington, D.C. that turned deadly, said he was aided in putting on the event by Republican legislators in Congress.

In a number of Periscope live streams ahead of the march, the “Stop the Steal” organizer claimed that among those assisting him were Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ), Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ), and Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL).

Alexander, formerly Ali Akbar, is no stranger to controversy, and ahead of the rally, he warned that “something bad” might happen to a Washington, D.C. hotel that chose to close its doors to the pro-Trump protesters.

“Let me just tell the media right now: If something bad happens to the Hotel Harrington, don’t ask me to denounce it. I’m not taking your call,” Alexander stated in a video ahead of the march. “If something bad happens to the Hotel Harrington because they violated the civil rights, I’ll call it karma!”

The Proud Boys will need a new DC gathering spot if they come to town on January 6, as Donald Trump has urged his supporters to do. The Hotel Harrington will be closed on January 4, 5, and 6. Harry’s, the bar on its first floor, will be closed on the 5th and 6th.

The hotel did not say why it’s closing for those days, but the Proud Boys and other Trump supporters instigated a chaotic, violent scene downtown during the last pro-Trump protest in December. “While we cannot control what happens outside of the hotel,” the Harrington wrote in a statement, “we are taking additional steps to protect the safety of our visitors, guests and employees.”

I put NOTHING past Gosar. He's the kind of guy that would have taken Anne Frank by the hand and personally walked her into a gas chamber. From Day One he has only and singularly had one goal: to disrupt and destroy the functioning of government. He even voted against back-pay for government workers furloughed during the #TrumpGovernmentShutdown.
