Donald Trump issued a statement proclaiming that, "The world has lost a great man. He will be missed."

Last Wednesday, Capitol Hill Police Officer Brian Sicknick was murdered by a mob of right-wing thugs who had been summoned to the District of Columbia by Trump, and were then urged to proceed to the Capitol building in order to "show strength" and to "fight".

Four days later, Trump finally got around to putting out an offhand statement ordering the flag which flies atop the Capitol to be lowered to half-mast in Officer Sicknick's honor.

To reiterate ... Donald Trump is not merely the worst President ever to be inflicted on the American people. He is also one of the worst people ever to contaminate public office.

The "man" is scum.
