we are being given enough information to know that a lot more is coming.

Until Trump is removed from office, he can use the pardoning powers of the President to pardon everyone. From my view, I believe that the low hanging fruit is being charged right now and the charges do not include sedition. If Trump pardons them for the crimes they have been charged with now, the feds will simply charge them with more serious crimes after he is removed. I believe that Inauguration Day and the days afterword are going to be very busy days.
