Particularly, the penny stocks, which suck folks in with hype of an little-known stock soon to soar! Get in now, load the boat!

Then someone files a fraud lawsuit against the stock, and bam it craters. Now you are a bagholder. Some stay in for years waiting for the big win to happen.
