It's losing money, and no one wants to buy the lease from him. He'd do better collecting the insurance.

this Hotel will under new management anyway. You and I as Taxpayers. Two days ago,the Real Estate Broker who was handling the Sale of Trumps lease for 500 million,dropped his sales contract with the property.
