Same goes for the RNC when a Republican is President.

Hypothetically, other candidates can be nominated for these offices, but not would be very tough for them to get many votes, since many DNC members would just back the President's choices anyway.

I hope she was offered it, but turned it down. She would have been the ideal choice.

Favor of, when all else fails, blaming the parents. What were her parents thinking, not having more children? Stacy has a sister who's a judge, then Stacy is a force of nature! Why were you guys so parsimonious about your offspring quantity? This doesn't suggest looking ahead, planning for America's welfare. We need 3 or 4 more Stacies, but you guys slacked off. I'm sure you felt you had good reasons, well, you didn't!!!!

OK, now I'm ready to move on past Stacy-loss!

I hope we see a 50 state strategy and a strategy to win at the low levels. We have let those races go in recent years.
