Can tRump be charged with man slaughter?

He incited the storming of the capital and people died including a policeman. Seems pretty easy to charge him with that.

1. If he was aware in advance at an attempt to breach the Capitol

Then it would be murder along with everyone who planned to breach the Capitol.

2. I hope so! I'm also hoping he will face consequences for downplaying the pandemic and mocking masks.

His appalling actions caused a lot of unnecessary deaths.

4. 'the crime of killing a human being without malice aforethought,

or otherwise in circumstances not amounting to murder.'

Manslaughter is an unlawful killing that doesn't involve malice aforethought—intent to seriously harm or kill, or extreme, reckless disregard for life. The absence of malice aforethought means that manslaughter involves less moral blame than either first or second degree murder.

5. If You Falsely Yell Fire and Someone Gets Trampled...

...is it your fault even you can say that you did not want to actually kill the person who died?

What if Trump claims that the election was being stolen by asserting false claims of election fraud?

6. Listen to Glenn Kirschner from a few days ago -- he knows the law, he worked (within) the

law, he knows what will fly and what will not -- listen to him... it'll calm you down. (on youtube)
