Boebert seems to be writing out her alibi.....Swalwell comments....

Tweet text:
Rep. Eric Swalwell
@RepSwalwell
Here’s your scorecard: You incited an attack. Even made a shooting joke in your Floor remarks. Tweeted and outed the Speaker’s security situation. And a cop died.

Rep. Lauren Boebert
@RepBoebert
Rep. Sean Maloney made false and baseless conspiracy claims about me that led to death threats and hundreds of vile phone calls and emails. His comments were extremely offensive, shameful and dangerous. https://boebert.house.gov/media/press-releases/rep-boebert-calls-out-rep-maloneys-lies

Boebert is a high school drop out and most likely does not have the skill set to write
this letter in terms of content or style.

And his statement was very cautious. She sure doesn't like a taste of her own medicine. It's not fun to be on the other end of what you and your friends tried to dish out last week does it Lauren? This is what you signed up for. Deal with it.

Think Sarah Palin, or Michele Bachmann. They made themselves into multi-millionaires with their scatterbrained squawking.

That's the game that I think Boebert and Marjorie Taylor Greene are playing: keep saying and doing the dumbest, most outrageous things you can think of. Anything to keep that spotlight on you. You'll soon become the new darling of the Deplorables, and be charging six-figure speaking fees.

Also, those types don't handle the fame very well. Palin's family became a total mess. Or maybe it would have been anyway. LOL

Voters apparently CANNOT recall someone they elected to federal office. The constitution does not provide for it.

Ballotpedia: The United States Constitution does not provide for recall of any federally elected official. The option was considered during the drafting of the document in 1787, but was not included in the final version. Some state constitutions have stated the right of citizens to recall their members of the United States Congress, but whether it is constitutionally legal at the federal level has not been yet been ruled upon by the United States Supreme Court. One of the closest noted legal precedent is U.S. Term Limits, Inc. v. Thornton, in which the Supreme Court decided that states did not have the right to impose new terms, qualifications, or conditions of service on federal officials.

In those states whose constitutions provide for it, constituents who made a mistake may be able to remove state and local officials.
