I'm hoping we're done with the "We need to reach out to the Trump voters"

Anyone who is still a Trump voter after last week doesn't need to be anywhere near us. Period.

Thank you for your attention. You may now go back to what you were doing.

Point of order though. There literally have not been any Trump voters since November. Some of those who may have voted for Trump before his effort to first overturn the election and then overthrow our government may be reachable if they are not still swearing allegiance to Trump.

He’s out there suggesting Joe Biden consider pardoning the traitor. No. Just no. It is this kind of thinking that will give rise to another dictator wannabe.

With a smidgen of loyalty to this country, and the bulk to his party and who knows who else. He is complicit in the 2016 outcome. Now he's trying to set things up for them to take back the government in 2024; thinking if we forgive (and don't prosecute) we will forget. WE won't.
He should be investigated, seriously. Release his emails and scrutinize his social media. Who's he been talking to?
James fucking Comey indeed!

They need to reach out to us. There is no reasonable middle halfway between us and them. We need to continue to condemn their bad behavior, their self-indulgent and transparent lies, and the immoral, opportunistic politicians they support. I hope enough Trump supporters see enough light to at least wander off from the herd- but it's up to them.

, imprioned or driven out of the country? And make no secret of it. It wasn't so called "libtards" or what ever that stormed the capital with guns and kidnap gear but we're supposed to extend the olive branch of peace and understanding, expecting nothing?

Except maybe to have it yanked out of our hand and used to beat us...

Reaching out just lets them chomp your arm clean off.

They went too far - waaay to far. They don't deserve empathy or understanding. They can claw their way back to sanity by themselves.

I'm glad you are pointing this out, because there are many trolls out there criticizing Biden, upholding Trump, and even a few still contesting the election. In all cases, we need to point out that if they are still supporting Trump then essentially they want to tear down our republic and replace it with a dictatorship. Because Trump attempted to pull off a coup using the same strategies Putin used in Ukraine.

Trump is a traitor and his supporters are insurrectionists.

People who still cannot see through the veil of excuses and apologies after January 6th are no longer credible in standing with the country or defending our democratic Republic. That includes Republicans and all other enablers who continue to defend Trump and his willingness of set the world on fire.

There's no reaching out to sedition. There's no understanding of Nazis, fascists, white nationalists. They mean to bring the country down, burn it to the ground and reshape it in their own image.

We need to make sure that never happens.

The 72 million we're around are only one out of five people we might be around.

We should no longer try to give people help they don't understand, want, or ask for.

We've spent decades understanding them. We get it.

No more intellectual or political caretaking. Be polite, that's it.

We don't help ourselves with any more "understanding" of people who've used "stories" to plaster defamations on us, still calling us 'Demoncrats', still validating their collective white supremacy privately and calling it something else publicly, still pejoratively calling our building back better goal as radical liberalism or socialism, both of which I embrace and refuse to explain anymore. Top to bottom, we've wasted enough of our past cleaning up after the damage and danger they've threatened and followed through on.

This is no longer about being the better person, decent or even being kind.
We've all been there done that. We still do that.

We've got nothing to prove to the 72 million or their leaders.
We who saved democracy are leaving them to fix themselves.
It's not "rejection."
It's a redirection of our energies and vision.

We don't have to be dragged down by them. Ain't nobody got time for that.

They will have to change by watching and learning from us.
That alone will be their help.
If they want it.

78% of us in America are ready to get moving beyond race sickness, and we're the people with the can-do leadership to get us all there.

Thanks for confirming.

The hate, guns, etc. are just false gods they worship to fill a void. I do not know how you defuse the tribalism but nothing happens by ignoring it. Also, they are not a monolithic group.
