Declared Rs are 27% of the electorate. 64% of that is 17.28%.
That means if 30% of independents approve, we get 29%.
And, I cannot believe that enough of that 3% margin would not be impacted by the same 30% relative drop in approval.
Last, two more polls had the approval at 33 & 32.
