Erin L. Wiedemann is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas. She was first appointed to this position on October 5, 2009
It appears she was appointed by President Obama.
It is mind boggling to release any of these insurrectionists.

then I'm not too bothered about him being out while awaiting trial. I am a little skeptical that he will not go online at all, and that is harder to monitor than the location of a GPS ankle bracelet.
