Richard Barnett might get released tomorrow. Let's hope not.

UPDATE: Magistrate judge turns down prosecutors' request to delay Pelosi-office-desk-sitter's release to house arrest. Richard Barnett expected to be released tom'w under GPS monitoring and order to stay off internet. Feds plan appeal to keep him in jail

1. I do NOT understand these Judges because to me they are exercising POOR JUDGMENT

Are these judges getting back at the higher courts for not agreeing with the mad king?

6. This is what I found out about this judge

Erin L. Wiedemann is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas. She was first appointed to this position on October 5, 2009

It appears she was appointed by President Obama.

It is mind boggling to release any of these insurrectionists.

7. What? I am so disappointed.

She is setting a bad example for similar cases.

2. If they succeed in taking away his weapons, confining him to his home, and keeping him offline

then I'm not too bothered about him being out while awaiting trial. I am a little skeptical that he will not go online at all, and that is harder to monitor than the location of a GPS ankle bracelet.
