Palm Beach County forbids private helipads, so once he's no longer pResident, he'll have a useless slab of concrete on his property.

And there's more.

For those not familiar with the area, Mar-a-Lago is virtually on a direct line with the runways at Palm Beach International Airport. During his pResidency, they had to steer clear of the pricks castle. Perhaps, when he's out of office, flights will return to their normal paths.

Further, there's a good chance that road and bridge closings around Mar-a-Lago may cease. I guess it's no fun to not be king anymore.

This would quickly end up in court and he'd loose. Many very wealthy people live in Palm Beach (which is virtually an island on the ocean side of the intracoastal waterway) and they too would like their own helipads. The prick will not be allowed to ignore this rule. Especially if planes from PBIA go back to taking off and landing on their usual paths (before he became pResident).

A few years back, Trump tried suing the airport to change their flight paths, but he lost. Planes flying over Mar-a-Lago are very low and very noisy. Why anyone would have bought a house or private club there is beyond me.

Palm Beach County cannot enact ordinances that impede the Secret Service from doing their job. If they want to take him to the airport using a helicopter instead of using a ground vehicle, they will do that and there isn't anything Palm Beach County can do about it.
