China did make COVID related care free, unlike the US.
China enforced quarantine and masking very rigorously. Compliance was MANDATORY.

The COVID death numbers don't reflect a health care policy failure, they reflect a leadership failure from the 1st day.
Trump never gave a shit about it unless he saw a way to profit from it.
It has nothing to do with the Healthcare policy of Obama/Biden.
This failure is on Trump.

There is one reason for our poor performance at preventing infection and that reason is the Trump administration. We had about 2.4X the number of confirmed cases as India.
The USA has more than 9 years advantage over India in life expectancy.
