Ambitious spoiled-brats who love to game the system, forge ties with shadowy underworld figures, exploit systemic loopholes, hog media spotlight, flaunt their wealth to create a false aura of superiority and achievement about themselves - and in the end, leverage the name recognition to enter politics as "outsiders".
Wasn't DJT a known failure and a social punch-line in the 90s and 2000s? Weren't his ties to sick figures like Epestein rather open-secrets? Sure one can hope that past racists can be reformed with enough positive influences of fellow Democrats - but what about all the financial corruption and abuse of the system? the sexual impropriety? And If he was so notorious, why didn't the Democrats shun him earlier? I am asking because I am wary of a DJT 2.0 who might be an "upgraded" version of this one. IMHO a DJT like 'ex-democrat' is even more dangerous than, say a guy from deep-south because of his broader appeal.
What do you guys think?

(57 posts)At the same time, the Democrats need to be wary of such shadowy figures using their party to launch political careers. No matter how big the donation, they should be extra careful not to give platform to such pathetic characters.
