Unless they are elected to a term of their own later.

Because the number of the President (IE 46th) changes only with a new person, the inauguration is every 4 years

If you are merely sworn in, is that an inauguration technically?
Also, when was the first one? Did washington have one?

Grover Cleveland served 2 terms not consecutive.

to be beat-in or sexed-in, but they all went with an Inauguration for some reason.
