I asked him, "Is it the dream of having the Keystone XL Pipeline that's currently keeping gas prices where they're at?"
He didn't understand.
"The Pipeline isn't in operation and minimal work - if that - has been done to it. It's not handling any oil currently, and it won't be in the future. How will that affect gas prices?"
"Just wait and see!" was his reply.
