She does something unprofessional, then get rid of her. But if she does her job well, then her politics should not come into play.

(24,906 posts)it will be immediately obvious. There are plenty of people who can hear and sign. It's at least possible she is a professional who doesn't bring her politics to work.
She might be a pro. We would be as wrong as the GOP if either party disqualifies employees because of their political views.
We must keep hold of the high ground.

Many of my employees support trump. But I would never think of firing them for that. And their union would rightfully raise hell.
