Provided by my company. We get paid an extra 4 hours salary for getting the vaccine. We are a health care related and Frontline staff got them first and then they opened them up to Frontline adjacent.. I'm in IT and travel the state to fix things at front line branch locations so I'm pretty happy right now. We thought we were going to have to wait longer.
