Not a lot to be concerned about - CNN is hyping it like they always do. Settings > Update and it should be there.

There is also 14.4 updates for iPads, homepods, watches and AppleTV.

Ever since iOS 14 came out my phone's screen keeps waking up with the screen dimmed, and I have to manually turn the brightness back up, time and time again.

If my phone is not completely up to date I experience major issues connecting to work. You just saved me 15-30 minutes of frustration tomorrow. I really appreciate this.
