Censuring tRump?

Morning Joe talking abut Kaine and Collins pitching their colleagues to censure tRump... censure? A slap on the wrist?

Trump is a criminal, not just the head of a sick, warped cult. If this BS flies, every Republican in Congress should send roses to Hillary Clinton and a note of apology for their concern over Benghazi.
