Rumpke Worker Adopts Discarded Puppy He Found On Route
Long story short, a trash collector, Adam Kinsel, finds a mistreated puppy stuffed in a backpack and discarded. The dog has been taken to a local vet, the worst of it is an injured leg that may need to be amputated. Kinsel plans on adopting the puppy.
Another story has Rumpke paying for the medical treatment of the puppy.
Yes there are lowlifes out there that do horrible things to an animal. it's great that there are people out there that will do the right thing. Hopefully Kinsel can give this dog the kind of life he needs.
