Does anyone know just what actions members of the Jan 6 mob make them subject to a fine, arrest and or prosecution? Does a mob participant have to have
climbed the capital steps,
disobeying/refusing lawful orders
enter the capital bldg.
deface/destroy something
been carrying a weapon
rifle through a members desk
steal something from the bldg
(be seen on some video) attacking an officer
(be seen/heard on some video) stating threats

Am I wrong for thinking that just climbing the steps should make a person subject to prosecution for at least disobeying a Federal restricted area and subject to a fine. I’d like to see them added to the “no fly list” also.
