In this clip, she responds to a reporter's observation...after one week...that Joe Biden ran on uniting the country but so far seems to be performing "unilaterally."

in the second part. He’s issuing these EOs to reverse Trump EO’s. Aside from Trump doing one a day..... Trump did EO’s even though those were bad when Obama did them. Trump and Mitch were either/and/or lazy or inept in not getting legislation passed. The Senate has done almost nothing except approve judges under Mitch.

We are so used to hearing lie after lie and being constantly gaslit by White House press secretaries that having someone like her is such a breath of fresh air! I look forward to seeing more of her. Excellent choice on Biden's part.
