And while I'm throwing a fit, stop with trying to play down the death count. Yeah, many dieing do to underlying conditions, but were worsened by Covid. Why can't these virus deniers get that through their heads?

I know no one on this site denies the science, but I know some of those jerks do lurks around. This is who I'm targeting. I'm sick of reading all their excuses about endangering us all just because they "don't wanna".

We are putting our hopes in the vaccine, but it is mutating so fast, we're planning catch up. So till we get it's number, wear your d@&+ mask, social distance and stay the f$ HOME!

This is driving me crazy. Her phone just goes to voicemail. Nothing on Facebook. And there's nothing I can do!

I do genealogical research and have seen many copies of death certificates. Although the forms vary, there are always areas to put multiple causes of death such as ‘primary and contributing’ or ‘primary/proximal, also due to, also due to...’ or’ contributing conditions’, etc.

Two examples:
A man’s primary cause was bleeding out, next cause was punctured artery, next cause was ‘he was in a head on car accident’! Now most normal people would say he died from the car accident but it’s listed as the third thing contributing to his death.

A woman’s primary cause of death was cardiac arrest, next cause was carcinomatosis (cancer spread throughout body), next cause was cancer of the stomach which was diagnosed 1 year earlier. Most people would say she died of the cancer but it’s NOT the first thing listed!

This idiocy about cause of death is just another example of outright lying or willful ignorance by the fact-free crowd.

Wish all the best for her. We have had several friends who had Covid and have underlying conditions but were incredibly lucky and didn’t have severe illness and, so far, have not shown any further complications. I hope this is how it goes for her.

18. I hate to tell you this but I was told by the checkout clerk at my supermarket that the vaccine is

BAD and she wasn't getting it no matter what. She also lectured me not to get it. I was shaken by the misinformation this woman possessed!

Anyway, I got my first of two Pfizer vaccines today and then 30 days hence I will get my follow up shot. The site is orderly and sufficiently staffed. Everyone is courteous and competent. I told her that my mother had survived the Spanish flu that killed so many people in her area (El Paso Texas). She had heard about that one.
