But I do recall him serving our country by entertaining our troops in a war zone with a mildly risqué stage show. He was rewarded for that, wasn't he?

(10,429 posts)unlike rightwingers who scammed he hell out of their phony "support the military" operations, Franken did USO tours and other things voluntarily and without pay. And he also didn't milk that for attention. He just did it because it was a good thing to do.
