Heard today that my pharmacy has the covid-19 vaccine

I called the automated line to get a refill on my insulin and there was a recording saying something like
"We now have the covid-19 vaccine in stock but you must be on the state registry and be assigned an appointment in order to receive it."

That is great news for me. My main concern was where they would be giving the shots and how I would get there.
Currently they are using a sports arena and some other areas that require drive up and waiting in cars.

I have no car and getting to the pharmacy would be quite easy for me. Currently the age limit for vaccines here is 75 and up. I am 74 and just waiting my time.

I am sharpening my hermit skills and attempting to avoid human contact especially with those who refuse to wear masks.
