Should Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley, Marco Rubio, Ron Johnson, Lindsey Graham and others that were complicit in the Big Lie be asked to dismiss themselves from the trial?

If they refuse, then video should be provided for the people to judge. They cannot be fair jurors. Is that a fair point for Democrats to make?

It would seem to me to be an opening to use whatever subpoena powers the House prosecution has to demand cell, email, phone, and audio/video records before, during, and after the insurrection. That's a nice catch-22. Turn over the goods and expect the evidence of complicity to be forwarded to appropriate law enforcement agencies for criminal investigation.
