It appears that Trump's new impeachment lawyer's firm sued Trump and the US Postal Service.
In their lawsuit, they noted that Trump has made "repeated claims" "that voting by mail is ripe with fraud despite having no evidence in support of those claims."

It appears he joined the firm last month and thus was not at the firm at the time the Trump/USPS lawsuit was filed.
