7. No, it isn't. I've run across it in the last week just doing quick checks of Newsmax and RW talk

radio, including Hannity's show.

It was brought up on Newsmax during an insane panel discussion of how Biden really isn't working hard, unlike Trump, who worked even while golfing.

Uh-huh.

One of the panelists mentioned that Biden working very few hours (which they'd earlier said was dangerous considering all the challenges facing the country) might actually be a good thing considering his declining mental abilities...and the rest of the panel seemed to agree with that.

Hannity was talking about playing examples of what he considered Biden's mental failures, and how he kept adding to those.

And I heard it mentioned on other RW radio shows.

It's still an article of faith with RWNJs.

One of their main talking points since the election has been that Biden isn't in control of his agenda, that he's just a puppet for AOC and Bernie Sanders and other Dems always described as socialists if not communists.

RW hosts and pundits are very determined to stamp out any thoughts their listeners might have that Biden isn't an extremist and does want to unify the country.

They're also claiming Biden wants to forgive much more student debt than he's actually proposed, trying to use that as a wedge issue, class warfare to rile up people without college degrees against the liberal elite.

The flying monkeys will never stop parroting this bullshit, no matter how much evidence there is that he's still sharp as a tack. It's just like the birther crap that they still believe.
