Comedian Kathy Griffin is having the last laugh after one of her MAGA bullies was spotted at the Capitol insurrection.

According to LGBTQ Nation, Danielle McCarty, a.k.a. "Muscle Mommy Fit" and "Fit Patriot Mom" was among the first to wage a war against Griffin for her Jan. 9 tweet saying, "Just resign now. You lost. Its over," (sic).

McCarty went on the attack against the Trump foe, tagging Griffin in an insult-tweet. It prompted Griffin to click on the woman, who she discovered was at the attack on the Capitol.

I really hope that she is charged with sedition and treason and has a long visit at the Florence Colorado federal prison, I really do hate traitors and have ............ ............ they can rot in jail, literally, she has blood on her hands she and the other thousands that were there when a Capitol Police Officer was beaten to death and she should be charged as such..........

The 800 or so that were inside the Capitol and those who beat police officers, etc., are more than likely going to be the priority targets for prosecution.

Of course, if it turns out that there's more than this short video and she was further involved, all bets are off.

To be clear, I'm not justifying any potential decision either way. Just pointing out that there's a pretty clear delineation here and that's likely where the line will be drawn as far as prosecution goes.

is terrible. I have refuse to be on juries. I told the judge, I would not find anyone guilty period. I offered to file, word process whatever other way I could be useful, but I will not participate in the travesty that is our justice system where the color of justice is green...ah well stepping off the soapbox .

Last jury I got called for, I told them straight up that I was married to a cop and feel that most cop lie. Sent me home and I still got my $24 check.

among those, deliberately. It may be unlikely, but she wouldn't have to have been involved with one of the big, serious groups. ANY conspiracy is conspiracy.

And of course, the DoJ always turns out to have a bunch of charges in their quiver that I didn't know about. As well as the discretion about who they choose to go after or let go that we do know about.

But they tortured her and locked her down for months, ruined her career and made her a pariah amongst friends. But she was innocent and never charged. Bless their hearts.

even Anderson Cooper wrote her off--shame on him.

and complain that you were teargassed because you were kneeling and praying.

I'll try that in a bank robbery and assume I'll leave in a body bag.

I assumed at the time they were afraid of hung juries, and too many civil rights protecting them.

We still feel the same about terrorists, don't we?

Everyone that was there, or at the very least inside, is guilty as being an accomplice to murder. Death, at least one, potentially dozens, in the event, 5, was a reasonably foreseeable outcome of their actions.

If prisons start getting (more) overcrowded, shuffle inmates around and pack some cells with these lowlifes. Let them bitch to each other about the govt and how awfully they are being treated I sure don't need to hear it.
