60 miles N of NYC- Still have power...16" of snow and high winds kicking in right about now. Hope I keep power thru the night.
We have a small generator, so we will be okay. Worried for anyone who has not gotten inside for the night in NYC and surrounds.

Other than some low spots on the immediate shore line, most in the state are 10s to 100s of feet above sea level. Im at 546 feet right now.

And at least here in the East the snow is dry and not sticking to anything. I think power outages are a low risk.

Just driving through. I don't think I want to live in a town with high water rescue vehicles.
