How sick is it when a Political party has made Health Crisis Personal Protection a Political Issue?

I just downloaded the newly released national data on state health that was blocked by Trump.
Here is where the crazy hit me. Deciding where to put this information, I filed it under "Political." Is that insane or what?

Wearing PPE, masks, face shields and the like is for thinking, aware and reasonable people, a no-brainer. It is the compassionate, wise and simple choice, but for Republicans, it is an attack on freedom.

Disgusting. The fact that these bastards can't get behind simple health protocols is disgusting. There is no reasoning with the leaders or the followers. Not till they get a basic clue about hygiene.

Here is the real issue. When you take an antibiotic, you take the entire dose even if you start feeling better. The reason is that if you don't, you risk breeding drug resistant strains of the ailment that is killing you. People have died because they didn't take the entire dose and then destroyed their chances of recovery.

If you think about an entire nation, having 40 percent not wear masks correctly, ignore sanitation and ignore distancing, you practically make sure that a disease will mutate and become more resistant, adaptable and likely to stick around forever. We have an entire political party that is so insane that it will not get behind a basic health protocol.

Think about it. If we all social distanced for two weeks and traced sources carefully after that, covid would be all but gone. But no, we have an entire political party so stupid and evil that it would immediately start making up an insane plot to disseminate among their followers so their followers did not cooperate with basic health procedures. The stupid and evil are obvious and inescapable. There is no dealing with anyone who can't follow this logic. They are not up to grade school level biology and kindergartens teach better ethics.

There is no concern at all about the American people.
If half a million people die in this country it is no problem for them at all.

Also, if Republicans helped each other out that would be admitting weakness and failure and hinder all that individual ruggedness they strive for.
