Hopefully it's something inconsequential and does not violate our promise that won us the Senate to deliver survival checks to the American People.

Repugs did not want to be on record voting NO on stimulus.

He wants to give the Republicans the opportunity to be decent and reasonable and to do what 74% of Americans agree needs to be done.

But, if they don’t, he will ram the bill through using reconciliation on a 51-50 vote. He has been very resolute about this.
