Am I allowed to say some people are just really stupid?

My next door neighbor, who doesn't wear a mask unless she has to go shopping where it's required,
told me she's not getting a COVID-19 vaccine because "You don't know what they put in the needle."
Also never took a flu shot or shingles vaccine, etc.

She doesn't believe the virus is real because "It's just stuff they tell you on TV. It's like an episode of Star Trek."

She thinks people wearing masks are a 'fad', like tie-dyed shirts, or bell bottom jeans.
