The first was that some members are in covid quarantine/isolation so not all available to vote. The other is a report source to elizabeth warren that they are still wrestling over committee assignments.
They tsalked about other issues, but all pointed to internal reasons not related to to manchen or other wavering dems.
Dunno. Just repeating what they said (Joan is in the discussion)
